Hammer Mill: Copra is bigger, stronger and hard, unlike soyabeans which easily breaks when moisture is low. So the hammer mill machine is needed in the Copra oil processing plant, and it is recommended to crush twice to improve the production output.
Copra oil pressing: Usually after crush it contains large amounts of large particles. So to suppress oil content below 40%, it is recommended to pre-press, and the corner may be too soft. This can achieve the best oil cake quality with minimal power consumption, highest oil yield, the most smooth continuous working mode, and the lowest residual oil. If coconut oil content is 65% and the oil is residual 3%, then oil yield can be 98%.
Oil Filter Press: Oil Filter Press is used to purify the expelled coconut oil. It uses a fine trap filtering fabric. Oil under pressure passes through perforated cloth, sprays from the tap under the perforated cloth.
