Cottonseeds Cleaning

First, you remove inorganic impurities (metals, dust silt or pebbles), oiliness impurities (asymmetry seeds, defect grains, insect grains, etc.) and clean organic impurities (rope, stems, hulls and leaves).

In this section a magnetic separator, a destoner, and a decorticator are used. The cleaning process is important for two reasons; It reduces oil loss and improves oil yield; It also contributes to the overall integrity of Cottonseed oil production. After pre-treatment, we did not reduce the level of impurities to less than 0.1%.

Cracking

Next, the hulls need to be removed from the cotton seed. The seeds are torn by feeding through a toothed hoof roller, to form uniformly numbered kernel pieces. It also makes it easier to squeeze the oil.

Cooking

Then ripen the seeds, this is achieved by steam-crushing and crushing the seeds, later drying the seeds to remove any excess water. This part of the process changes the integrity of the seed protein, uses water and listens to make it easier to suppress and remove crude oil; Oil and cake are also made better by this.

Oil extraction

We only use the latest technology to ensure that we get the highest oil returns; Some people use the "pre-pressing and solvent extraction process" to obtain more oil. This product is quite common in commercial cotton seed oil production, which seeks to increase the total yield.

Cottonseed Oil Refining

The extracted cotton seed oil has to be refined to remove wax, gums, pigments and other impurities before the oil can be used. The main types of refining include degrade, neutralize, decompose, deteriorate and dewaxing. To choose which process to use for refining, it will depend on the type of raw material.

Refined cotton oil

Cotton oil is widely used to make cooking oil and biodiesel oil. But for edible oil production, crude oil needs to be refined to remove gossypol colloids and waxes. Refined oil is usually followed by dark red or light yellow. Once you refine the oil, it is great cooking oil. Because it is high in linoleic acid, it is known to lower cholesterol while keeping your body healthy. Your body can absorb up to 98% oil.
